This is a unique Vintage Art Noveau Silver plated hand mirror! I will call TROPICAL ISLAND DRUMMERS embossed tri dimensional on a silver plated. The handle is all filigree! I think that could be silver but i'm not sure! It needs a little polished, but the rustic look adds more charm on the piece!
